1. Our Services

TurnWise Digital provides website design, branding, social media and related digital services as described on this site and agreed with each client individually.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Pricing shown on this site reflects our standard packages. Final pricing for a specific project is confirmed before any paid work begins. A free demo is provided before any payment is required.

3. Project Process

Projects typically follow the process outlined on our Home and About pages: an initial free demo, a revision stage, and a go-live stage. Ongoing hosting, maintenance and support are available on a rolling monthly basis.

4. Payment Terms

One-off fees are payable upon approval of the final demo, before the site goes live, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final website content and design created specifically for them. TurnWise Digital retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project at any stage before go-live. Work completed up to that point may be chargeable depending on the stage reached, as agreed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

TurnWise Digital will deliver services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as enquiry volume or search rankings) resulting from a website, branding or social media project.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
