• Anthropic — if you use an AI chatbot on a client site we've built, conversations may be processed by Anthropic's API. No personal data is stored beyond the active session.

We will never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years from the date of your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted. If you become a client, we keep relevant records for 6 years in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.
