The service
TurnWise Digital checks the supplier invoices you send us, records price changes, billing errors and credits, marks each invoice with a result, and shows it all on your online dashboard.
Price and payment
- The free invoice check costs nothing and carries no obligation.
- The monthly service is £49.99 a month, paid monthly in advance.
- If the savings we confirm in a calendar month total less than £49.99, that month’s fee is refunded or not charged.
Cancelling
There’s no minimum term. Cancel any time by emailing sales@turnwisedigital.com. The service stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What we do and don’t promise
- We check what you send us. We can’t check invoices we haven’t received.
- Findings are our best assessment. Decisions about suppliers, prices and menus stay yours.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you’ve paid in the previous 12 months, except where the law doesn’t allow this.
Your account
Keep your login details private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Your data
We process your invoices only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy notice. You can download or ask us to delete your data at any time.
