How do I send you invoices?
Log in on your phone and take a photo, or upload the PDF your supplier emailed. If you’d rather, we can collect paper invoices on a visit.
Who actually checks them?
Software reads the invoice lines and compares prices automatically. A real person checks every flag before it reaches you, so you only see things worth acting on.
How quickly do you check an invoice?
Usually within two working days. Each invoice is then marked All OK, Issue found or Query on your dashboard.
What does the money-back promise mean?
If the savings we confirm in a calendar month come to less than £49.99, you don’t pay for that month.
Is there a contract?
No. It’s monthly and you can cancel any time by email.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your account can only see your own data, invoice files are stored privately in London, and you can download or delete everything whenever you want.
