Send us your invoices

Log in on your phone, tap Upload and take a photo of the invoice, or upload the PDF your supplier emailed. It takes about ten seconds. Paper, PDF, crumpled, coffee-stained: all fine.

We check every line

Each product and price is read off the invoice and compared with the last time you bought it. Anything that has gone up, gone missing or doesn’t add up is flagged. A real person checks every flag before it reaches you, so you only hear about things worth acting on.

Every invoice gets a clear result

You’ll see one of these on each invoice, usually within two working days:
- All OK Prices match your previous invoices. Nothing to do.
- Issue found A rise, a short delivery or a mistake. It’s on your Savings page with what to do next.
- Query We’re raising it with the supplier and will update you.

You see the money

Your dashboard shows what you’ve saved this month and since you joined, which prices have moved, your spend by supplier, and the margin on your dishes. Download it all as a spreadsheet or print a monthly report whenever you like.
